Are Spa Go technicians licensed professionals?
Yes, they are among the best in their fields and are required to complete continuing education credits annually to maintain a high level of expertise. All Spa Go technicians are Licensed and Insured.
Is Spa Go equipment as sanitary as in a regular spa?
In our effort to provide state-of the art disinfection for our clients Spa Go is proud to use pedicure equipment with fully disposable and recyclable liners.
Does Spa Go require a deposit for services?
Yes. Once our technicians are booked, we must pay them for their time if you cancel. If you can let us know a week in advance, of your scheduled party that you have to cancel, we will be happy to return your deposit. If you give less than a week’s notice, we will not be able to reimburse you.
As the hostess, do I have to pay for all of my guests?
It’s your choice. You can treat your friends and family or you can ask your guests to pay for the services they choose. Guests are pleased to have the opportunity to participate in a spa experience in the comfort of your home at a time that’s convenient for them. Usually, they are prepared to pay for services. We suggest you collect deposits from your guests when you confirm that they will attend to ensure there are no problems regarding costs.
May my guests add services after they get to the party?
Yes, as long as services can be provided by a technician who is already at the party within the time limit set for the party. Any additional services will be charged at the regular Spa Go rates.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
We are happy to book any party of 6 or more, or less if your guests are reserving multiple services.
